  • Singer Kelly Rowland has praised her gay fans for their unconditional love and says they are the reason she has been so successful.

My gay fans are the reason I’m here, you know what I mean. For me, the gay community provides so much strength and I really say this with from the heart,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted the 30-year-old as saying.

“There is so much unconditional love, and I appreciate that it has been so amazing. When I went to G-A-Y I was so overwhelmed with the love that I almost teared up,” she added.

Beyonce only has a couple months to go before she takes on her biggest job yet — becoming a mother. Yet even with a growing baby bump, she’s still very much in the public eye, promoting her ‘Beyonce Live at Roseland’ DVD, following her hubby on his Watch the Throne tour and recording new music.

Although she has yet to officially announce plans for her fifth album, the 30-year-old songstress is re-teaming with The-Dream, the man responsible for penning hits like her anthemic track ‘Single Ladies’ and co-writing a handful of songs on her ’4? LP. While the effort may not have performed as well as she would have liked — nearing platinum status with 956,000 copies sold as of this month — the multi-Grammy winner is already looking towards the future, and having a baby has done little to slow her down.

“She’s ready to work,” Dream tells The BoomBox. “She’s crazy! She never stops doing anything. I don’t know if [pregnancy] is going to slow her down. She’s just incredible with doing things, I don’t know how she’s going to do it, she’s just a maniac… in a good way.”

Kelly Rowland plans to “eat, eat, eat” over the festive season.

The ‘Down for Whatever’ singer has been based in the UK while judging pop star search show ‘The X Factor’ in recent months but now the TV series is over, she is looking forward to a family Christmas in the US.

She said: “I’m going to eat, eat, eat. I love to cook so I’ll probably make some sweet potatoes and my mama cooks amazing food.

“I’m just looking forward to spending time doing nothing with the people that I love. My mama has really missed me being around.”

Kelly is particularly looking forward to taking time out to be with the younger members of her family, because they get so excited during the holidays.

She added: “I’ve been so busy this year with my album and ‘The X Factor’ and touring, so it’ll be nice to spend time with my nieces and nephews.”

Kelly will be particularly looking forward to eating over Christmas because she usual sticks to a healthy eating plan and rigorous exercise regime to stay slim.

She previously said: “I work out every other day at least. If you don’t then I don’t think you see the rewards. Even if you can get 30 minutes of cardio in every other day you’ll see a big change in yourself.

“I am a big believer in keeping the body toned and there’s a great diet called the 80/20 diet, which means you make sure 80 per cent of the stuff you eat is good and the other 20 per cent is your choice. It’s great.”
